All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Time & Carriers
We ship from our facility in Chendian Town, Shantou, Guangdong, China. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 7–15 business days — via China Post or UPS Mail Innovations
- Express Shipping: 4–8 business days — via DHL or FedEx (cost calculated at checkout)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier capacity, or other factors beyond our control. We base our shipping estimates on historical performance data from our logistics partners.
Shipping Delays — Your Rights (FTC Compliance)
If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time frame, we will notify you by email and provide:
- A new revised shipping date, and
- The option to cancel your order for a full refund if the new date is not acceptable
If you do not respond to our delay notification, we will assume you accept the revised shipping date. However, if we cannot ship within 30 days of the original estimated date, we will automatically cancel and issue a full refund unless you confirm you still wish to proceed.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to our return address (you pay return shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover return shipping costs. You do not need to return the defective item — we will refund you directly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Panties and thongs (due to hygiene regulations)
- Items without original tags
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. We will issue a full refund or reship your order at no additional cost.
