Find Your Perfect Fit
How to Measure Your Bra Size at Home
Getting the right fit starts with accurate measurements. All you need is a soft measuring tape and a few minutes. Follow these two simple steps:
Step 1: Measure Your Band Size (Underbust)
- Stand straight and wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
- Make sure the tape is level all the way around and sits firmly — not too tight, not too loose.
- Take the measurement in inches. If the number is odd, round up to the nearest even number. This is your band size.
Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size (Overbust)
- Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor.
- Keep the tape snug but not tight — allow for natural shape.
- Take this measurement in inches.
Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size (Step 1) from your bust measurement (Step 2). The difference determines your cup size:
| Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
|---|---|
| 0-1" | AA |
| 1-2" | A |
| 2-3" | B |
| 3-4" | C |
| 4-5" | D |
| 5-6" | DD/E |

Fit Tips
- If between sizes: For lace or non-stretch styles, size up. For seamless stretch styles, choose your regular size.
- New bra feeling: A new bra should fit on the loosest hook. As the elastic stretches over time, you can move to tighter hooks.
- Band check: The band should be level all around — not riding up at the back. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band.
- Strap adjustment: Straps should be snug but not digging in. They should stay in place without slipping.
- Center gore: The center piece between cups should lie flat against your sternum without gaping.
- Cups: Your breast tissue should be fully contained in the cups with no spillage at the top, sides, or center.
